In 2015, Funda introduced new presentation options such as 360-degree photos, floor plans, and videos. Since we produced these in-house, our listings always appeared at the top on Funda. This brought us significant growth and recognition, even earning us the title of Funda’s most outstanding real estate agent.
A fun fact is that I have been working with Suzanne since 2001. We met at Van Regteren Makelaars, and when she later worked in childcare, I invited her to return to real estate. Also noteworthy is that Jeroen and Suzanne have been classmates since elementary school.
Highlights for us include being named Estate Agent of the Year in 2013, 2014, 2015, and 2017. Additionally, we have been recognized multiple times as an Excellent Real Estate Agent by wieisdebestemakelaar.nl

Our goal is to actively promote sustainable initiatives, both within our company and in our interactions with clients and partners. We are committed to environmentally friendly solutions, striving for a balance between business success and the well-being of our planet. This is reflected in our involvement in charitable work and dedication to projects that have a positive impact on the environment and our community. For almost 15 years, we have been actively involved with JCI Kennemerland, a network organization focused on supporting the vulnerable in society. We’re also a member of Rotary Kennemerlaat, known for their annual SantaRun. We wholeheartedly support these events, which donate all proceeds to local charities.
Every little gesture counts
For nearly ten years, we have been operating almost entirely paperless. Our files are fully digitized, resulting in a significant reduction in paper consumption. Additionally, we opt for environmentally conscious transportation options, such as bicycles and electric cars, for our appointments. We also strive to actively inform our clients about the possibilities for making their homes more sustainable, thereby having a positive impact on both their lives and the environment.
